A 10-business day (2 week) cancellation notice is required on all training and clients may be liable for any nonrefundable charges (travel costs or client specific training materials). Any cancellation received prior to 5 business days but less than 10 business days will be subject to 50% of the quoted cost. Cancellations received 5 business days or less of the scheduled training will be subject to total quoted cost of training.
Sierra Safety Training Inc. maintains insurance policies for Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, and Commercial Auto. To obtain a copy of our insurance certificate, please request at least 15 business days prior to training. Should additional coverage or special wording be required by the client, additional fees may be added to the final invoice.
